How Our Delivery Service Works
We currently only ship to the UK & Northern Ireland. We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service.
Our Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup are produced fresh daily after your order is placed. This process takes 24 hours to maintain freshness. Orders are shipped the same day the batch is prepared.
Example: Order placed Monday AM → Sea Moss/Elderberry prepared & posted Tuesday AM.
Shipping Methods & Fees
- Perishable items: Next-day full tracked Royal Mail service — £5
- Non-perishable items: Tracked 48-hour service — £3
Shipping Schedule
- Perishable orders placed Friday – Monday before 11am ship on Tuesday.
- Non-perishable orders placed Friday – Monday before 11am ship on Monday.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. However, all products are handmade in small batches for freshness, which can cause delays depending on seasonal ingredient availability. If a delay occurs, we will email you.
Important Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
- Contact us immediately if you spot an error — we will try to change it before dispatch.
- No changes can be made once your order has been posted.
- You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
- If your order does not arrive within 3 days or arrives damaged, please contact us.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries.
- We cannot issue refunds for missed deliveries or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Perishable items such as Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup cannot be returned once shipped. If you have any questions about your specific product, please contact us.
Refund Policy
Once we review your return request, we will notify you whether a refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take several days to process the refund.
